Orthopedic and Spinal Rehabilitation
Orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation focuses on restoring strength, mobility, and function after injuries or surgeries involving the joints, muscles, and spine. Through individualized treatment plans, our expert clinicians use a combination of targeted exercises, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation techniques to reduce pain, improve movement, and prevent future complications. Whether recovering from a sports injury, joint replacement, or spine surgery, this therapy helps patients return to daily activities with greater confidence and enhanced mobility.
Post-Concussion Recovery
Post-concussion therapy helps patients recover from the physical, cognitive, and emotional symptoms that can follow an injury to the brain. Using a personalized approach, our experienced clinicians address issues such as headaches, dizziness, balance problems, and difficulty with concentration. Treatment may include guided exercises, vision and balance training, and gradual return-to-activity planning. The goal is to reduce symptoms, restore function, and support a safe, confident return to work, school, sports, and other activities of daily living.
Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular therapy is a specialized form of therapy that helps patients manage dizziness, vertigo, and balance problems caused by inner ear or neurological conditions. Through customized exercises and hands-on techniques, our expert clinicians retrain the body and brain to improve stability, reduce fall risk, and decrease symptoms. This therapy can be especially beneficial for patients recovering from injury or surgery, helping them regain confidence and safely return to activities of daily living.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Post-surgical rehabilitation is designed to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence after surgery. Through personalized treatment plans that include guided exercises, hands-on therapy, and progressive strengthening and mobility methods, our expert clinicians work to reduce pain, restore function, and speed recovery. This approach not only supports healing but also helps patients safely return to daily activities and helps to prevent post-surgical complications.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used by physical therapists to relieve muscle pain and improve soft tissue mobility. By inserting very thin, sterile needles into specific trigger points, dry needling helps release muscle tension, reduce inflammation, and restore normal movement. For patients recovering from an injury, this treatment can decrease pain, promote faster healing, and support a smoother return to activities of daily living.
